Dealers who subscribe to the RV Video Library now have the ability to send walkthrough videos directly to customers using RAVE. Using a picture-in-picture process, the salesperson can talk directly to individual customers and send the video as an email, text or post to YouTube or Facebook. The app was designed to have minimal effort on the part of the dealership personnel to create and send a personal message. It can also be set up to send out mass video notifications to a email or text list.
