3 Tasks is the to-do list for people who are tired of endless to-do lists. Each day you write down three tasks, the ones that really matter, and get them done one at a time, with a timer on each. Why three: A long list spreads your attention thin. When you can only pick three, you choose what truly counts and actually finish it. Fewer tasks, more done, no burnout. Free, forever: • Your 3 daily priorities on one clean screen • A start/pause timer on every task, Pomodoro-style • The timer keeps counting in the background, with the screen locked or the app closed • Repeat Daily: a task you do every day comes back each morning with its time at zero • A small celebration every time you finish a task • Home screen widget with your three tasks • Dark mode • A gentle tick sound, or silence if you prefer 3 Tasks Pro (one-time purchase, no subscription): • History: every day you finished, with the time each task took • Streak: how many days in a row you have kept it up • Export your history as a CSV file • Four extra color themes: Sunset, Forest, Berry and Graphite The three tasks, the timer, the widget and dark mode stay free. Our story: After trying every productivity app out there, we realized what we needed didn't exist: an app that makes you focus on just 3 tasks a day. So we built it. Privacy: No ads and no account. The app uses Firebase Analytics to count how timers and tasks are used, as its App Store privacy label shows. Focus on your top 3 goals each day

I’ve replaced my endless to-do lists with Three Tasks Daily and it’s made a real difference. Each morning I pick my top three priorities, no overload, just what matters. The interface is simple, distraction-free, and lets me tick off those three things feeling like I’ve actually won by midday. The minor sound of a tick keeps me focused, and I love the clean aesthetic. If you’ve tried heavy task-management apps and still feel buried, this one hooks you back into real progress and clarity.
