My favorite C-Store now has an app! It is user friendly and super easy to redeem offers. I just got 20 cents of gas and 20 points! Can’t wait to keep earning points for what I normally spend and using it to keep on celebrating! Thank you Good 2 Go!

So they rebuilt the app a month ago. There was no warning and I lost all my in store credit. But that is small compared to what it is now. This app does not work. It does not give you the fuel discount, shopping discount, or virtual punch cards. Nothing about this app works. Even store employees have said it doesn’t work for employee discounts. I have tried to use it at multiple different stores and the amount of times it works is extremely embarrassing and disappointing. I would estimate it works 10% of the time, and I nor the employees that help me can identify what makes it work sometimes on these rare occasions. Please figure this out, or I’ll just start going back to the Maverick gas stations, their app and discounts work.

By far the stupidest app I have ever used. You can’t use your app rewards outside. You have to go in and tell the cashier how much you would like to pay for the gas. You can’t fill up full or some amount will be bound on your credit card. Tuesday coupons are not usable at 6 am on Tuesdays. The password I wrote doesn’t work. The app will not send me the password in the email. I have come to Conoco six times this year and have tried the app almost every time, but the only coupon I could use was the 99 cents drink coupon. Never on the gas. I have wasted probably half an hour total or more on this stupid app with the cashier who doesn’t know what to do.

After having that for a little while, it worked OK then they did an update and I’ve been kicked out of it. It says my phone number is use. It says my emails and use I tell him I forgot my password. I never receive an email and there’s no phone number there’s no way to contact anybody. I cannot get logged back in nor can I get a hold of anybody to help me reset the thing so I can login it tells me to try a different email. I have one email I have one phone number. I need to know how to correct this situation with my account.
