The Chester County Pennsylvania Register of Wills and Orphans Court mobile application is an interactive app developed to help improve communication with county residents and businesses. The Chester County Register of Wills and Orphans Court mobile app allows the public to easily find information on how to open an estate and file inheritance tax, obtain a marriage license, and find guardianship and adoption resources. The public can schedule appointments for both Probate and Marriage Licences directly through the app. The app also provides important alerts and news from the office.
The app is another public outreach effort developed by the Chester County Register of Wills and Orphans Court to improve communication with our constituents.
The app is not intended to be used to serve as legal notice or to effectuate service.
