Description
MAXIMUS 2 is a fantasy beat-em-up (brawler) that focuses on crunchy and satisfying combat. We captured the spirit of some of the best classic beat-em-ups, melding them into one memorable experience. Fight solo or with up to 4 players cooperative multiplayer!
STORY Is a single, continuous shot. This hasn’t been done since the 80's, rather than simply cutting from one stage to the next, the players enter an animated transition to the next area, creating the illusion of a fantastic journey.
MULTIPLAYER co-op in real time, fight together with up to 4 players online or on the same device with Bluetooth controllers.
HEROES with their own roles and weapons. The tank, the wrestler, the magician, the outlaw, the healer and the ninja.
TEAMWORK If you work together, you survive. Players can revive a fallen teammate, support or heal them and gang up to juggle enemies off each other in the air.
Supports iCloud.
There are a few in-apps available but we allow the whole game to be playable and unlocked through gameplay.
Please consider the Premium Upgrade if you wish to support our game development.

Ratings and Reviews
Extremely fun, isn’t ad driven, great for coop questing/fighting, great controls.
Great game with very rare ads, in fact, I almost can’t recall any if there are. Great team fighting style game with unique skills and item/armor upgrades you that are not grueling to acquire. Max lvl is 20 and there are 2 versions of each type of upgrade item to purchase so there is room to add some more items for to entice free players to keep playing. Game needs more levels or another chapter so players can break lvl 20 and grow. Enemies should have a hit box that lights up when you are in striking range so you don’t spend so much time swinging at air. Also pickup radius needs to be expanded; it is tedious to have to zig zag in circles to pickup all the gold or a piece of food. Cool ideas could include ranger characters, healer characters, poison characters, wizards, ninjas, creatures you can play, something to mix it up. All in all the fact that ads don’t drive this game and pay to play isn’t required at all(just gives you more characters which is fun!) makes this game better than the majority of games out there. You can’t be disappointed in this download.
Amazing just a few small things
The game is amazing with good graphics music and action but the game is much more difficult than all other titles released by these developers nothing to bad but some levels are too difficult to repeat for money and exp, my entire save was deleted and i lost all money items and characters and my final criticism it price of characters when you only earn a few hundred without luck buffs it is hard to earn money and buy characters with those prices
Buff the player characters
I like the game and it has co-op but the problem with the game is you’re the protagonist yet your characters feel so powerless against even the most basic enemy and it becomes much more apparent the more you play the game. Every enemy has more x and y-axis attack range than you outside of a few special attack. Enemies that spawn next to you are invincible for a second and gets to do a free combo on you. The later enemies all have invincibility frames as they’re knocked down and get back up, yet the player have little to no ways to get out of a combo, juggled or attacked as soon as you get up. I’ve spent money on the game and have tried all the characters, even obtaining the level 20 weapons and using them but there’s a lack of noticeable upgrades when equipping new gear because your damage and health upgrades feel non-existant. The game’s unfair difficulty is very much stacked against the player and it can often times feel unfun to go and replay the game or when grinding characters levels up.
Maximus 2 is very much lacking compared to other modern or even old school beat em up games, especially if you play alone. I wouldn’t recommend playing unless if you play co-op or with a friend.
