I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a data bundle before an international trip and was never able to activate or use it due to an unresolved eSIM issue. Their customer support was practically nonexistent — no phone number, no proper email, just a chatbot that provided no real help.After returning from my trip, I finally tracked down an email address to contact them, only to be met with a dismissive and unhelpful response that blamed me for not reaching out sooner — despite their own lack of accessible support or clear instructions. Important details like the 10-day expiration were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.I never received the service I paid for, and yet they refused a refund. If this is how they treat customers, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Poor service, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.
