We’ve completely redesigned and modernized the app UI for a cleaner look, smoother navigation, and a better overall user experience.

1. Bug Fix Issue: Load request creation fails when the lease name contains parentheses. Reported by: Burk Royal Co Example Lease Name: CONGER GATHERING SYSTEM (CENTRAL PLANT)) Impact: Users cannot successfully submit load requests for affected leases. Resolution: Update parsing/validation logic so lease names containing parentheses— including nested or trailing parentheses—are handled correctly. 2. Minor Enhancements a. Contact Us Section Update Update the “Contact Us” page to reference “Crude & Water Customer Support” instead of “Crude Customer Support.” “Crude New Load Requests” label remains unchanged since Water users should submit load bookings exclusively through the mobile app. b. UI Text Adjustment Update the “Helps to help” label displayed when clicking the top-left navigation icon to improve clarity and correctness. c. Keyboard Behavior Improvement Disable the auto‑hide keyboard feature on the property search screen. Users reported the keyboard disappearing prematurely, creating frustration during data entry. e. The “Associated Company” field on the My Account page does not display the operator name.

• Added a commodity filter on the property selection screen. • Added Commodity and Bobtail Required indicators on the relevant Order Up screens. • Enabled load filtering by commodity on the Review History screen. • Updated the Review History screen to support BOL searches starting with "ET-". • Added a button to the login screen to allow users to re-trigger biometric authentication after the device wakes from sleep mode. • Fixed the broken links for Terms of Service and Contacts on the login screen.

Completed re-vamping app with new looks and feel

o Removed top gauge info from confirmation email when top gauge info is not provided by user. o Corrected missing 2nd lease/tank info from the remarks, on split tank/lease order, email confirmation. o Combined split lease/tank alert with order confirmation alert. This reduces one extra step/tap for the user. o Modified to pull pickups with CRUDE and not other commodities o App crashed if user change status while Review History screen loading o Tank Not listed being selected although that is not what user selected o Added note to Order Review screen

-Per user requested, change review history to show order status =completed, ticket#=pending if order remark contains "HAULED". -changed review history search to only triggering the search if at least 5 characters are entered this is done to improve user experience.

Fixed pending filter not showing loads with PLN status.
