Fixes error when selecting "Current Location" while spotting vehicles.

The app previously froze when requesting photo permissions, especially when Limited Access was selected. This caused the permission prompt and freeze to occur repeatedly. The issue has now been fixed, and the app no longer freezes when using Limited Gallery Access.
