Pretty decent

If you’ve played AFK Arena or one of its many clones, you will probably feel right at home here. The game has a decent degree of polish and good character designs, and unlike most closely cloned idle games, manages to work some originality in. I have to say I am enjoying it much more than I expected to. A big issue for me is that there is no way to forfeit a battle. This is really a huge flaw in a game where you can see that a battle is lost often 30-40 seconds before it adds. These lost seconds add up to minutes, which quickly add up to hours if you will play a lot.Please implement a button to forfeit a battle. I feel like this would be a 5 star game with this very important feature.

Locked out after refund

I started this game about 6 weeks ago and was having fun. Decent game, minimal issues, similar to many idle games w/ their own twist. I made a purchase of $3.99 which I thought was a monthly purchase to receive rewards each day for 30 days, but it turned out to be a one-time purchase so I requested a refund. I then got 5 or 6 pre-form, in-game mail messages about how I was cheating the game and would be locked out of pvp content and other rewards for requesting a refund.At this point I opted not to make another purchase and see if this lock out would eventually go away, but it has been 3 weeks and I am still locked out from even participating in daily, basic pvp. Really glad I didn’t end up putting any more money into this game as it is a terrible policy to lock folks out. I’ve seen games that will take away the purchase you made or make you make up the difference by subtracting gems or items from your account, which I would have been fine with. But to lock out content is idiotic. Uninstalling the game today as there are plenty of other games on the market to scratch the idle-itch that don’t cut you off from content because you refund a purchase from them, and then try to force you to make the purchase again to access the full game.

Seriously the worst user experience I’ve ever witnessed when buying a gem pack. I bought it (you can only buy 1 development pack), & when I went into the game from the payment screen, it said purchase invalid & the dev pack was still available to buy (since you can only buy 1 & it was still there) I was like it didn’t go through. Thus, I attempted to buy it again & received it, but they charged my account 2 times for 1 thing. Apple refunded 1/2 charges, but as soon as I received the email refund approved. The game blacklisted me, stated I was stealing, & took back what I paid for. Then, after I message them, explained what occurred & provide screen shots to prove this, they still won’t give back what I bought, nor remove the blacklist status, but stated if I pay another $20 I could get my account un-black listed. Therefore, keeping my $, & trying to extort me for more to regain full access to my game/items bought. Thus $40 for a $20 item. Even though the error was on the games side, & I could provide proof of the error, no real assistance. Poor customer service, extorts users, & acts like they don’t understand what your saying in English. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR $, OR TIME!

So I started playing this game about 5 days ago , around the 2nd day they had an update which seemed fine for a little but as soon as I logged off and tried to get back on a little later I couldn’t. The game developers had the absolute max amount of rudeness when it came to the problem that’s obviously on the developers side of things, they blame the user, they said pay attention and yet everyone did , the game sends you to update when you get on and to be extremely sure I went to the App Store many times to see if this magic update was in and after about 3 days of not being able to get in they fix it . This gets even worse because when you usually start a game like this events are usually there to help players get a little head start , but that was not the case for me as the timer for these events was not paused , no instead I’m almost out of time and some are expired, but you know what they compensate you with as a token of the mess up on the developers end , 100 gems which is easy to obtain on your own . Worse game experience in a long time , shameless robbery and I’m glad unlike others I haven’t put money in the game , I normally do on so many other games.
