Map • You can now pan, pinch and zoom starting anywhere on the map — including right on top of a pin or a cluster. • Tapping a fanned-out cluster opens it again. • Clusters show their real count instead of stopping at "99+". • Maps with thousands of memories load far faster and no longer stall. • A new timeline along the bottom lets you scrub through your memories by date and fly straight to them. Tap any photo in the strip to open that memory. • Clusters only fan open when you actually aim at one, instead of grabbing every cluster you pan past. • Place names and usernames on the map are outlined now, so they stay readable over any map — snow, forest, water or satellite. • Fixed the memory details card on the map being unreadable in dark mode. • Redesigned the memory details card on the map: your caption leads, and memories without one now show the weather, the sound and other real detail instead of repeating the location. • Profiles with thousands of memories no longer hide public posts that sit behind private ones. Posting • A heads-up before sharing a public memory from somewhere that looks like a home or private address. • A bigger, easier map for setting a memory's location. Fixes • Text you add to a photo no longer hides behind the styling controls. • Deleting a memory now shows progress instead of appearing frozen. • Fixed a false "No internet connection" warning on some networks.
