Great league management solution and awesome support from the developers!

I run a work golf league and through researching options for moving our league management solution out of labor-intensive Excel, we came across Squabbit. Our format is 2-person team match play, and we were able to also add an additional individual stat tracking format, which folks are really enjoying. One of the best features we are taking advantage of is the live leaderboard - we’re able to track progress of matches in realtime. It also means that we as league organizers don’t have to spend hours entering scores. It also handles handicap calculations and tracking very well, with GHIN and USGA index calculation integrated. We were able to enter previous years worth of data to take the handicap calculation going forward. We needed to add a couple of features to manage pace of play and higher handicappers and Orrie and team were super responsive and added double par max score and pickup options to match play format. This reduced the amount of manual score manipulation we needed to do to ensure hole points were accurate. The league members also enjoy the stat tracking and GPS functionality. Many of us have converted to using Squabbit instead our usual apps. They also post photos from their round that we will be using during our year- end league review. This app has been transformative for our league and we’ll be using it for years to come. Thank you again Orrie and team!

The golf app you have been looking for

Really happy Reddit lead me to this app. The fact that this app is free is baffling as generally speaking it has more features and functionality then most of the other paid popular golf apps out there. I used Squabbit to run our first annual Ryder cup formatted golf leauge this year with individual and team events, as well as a full golf leauge with team events and an individual fedex cup. The app worked flawlessly. I will say - there is a slight learning curve and it may not be the most intuitive app in the world, but if you dedicate just a bit of time to learn the in’s and outs, it really is a game changer.Orrie and his team not only provide this app for free, but the service and customer support is better then any customer experience I have really ever had with any company - let alone a free app. All emails and inquiries are responded to generally within 12 hours, all by an actual person. Small bugs are fixed quickly, new features are always rolling out, and they have been very kind proactive from what I can tell to user feedback and feature requests.If your looking to start running a golf leauge, a fundraising event, a golf trip with some friends, or even just a casual gameof skins with friends - congratulations! This is the app you have been looking for!

THE BEST GOLF SCORING APP

I can’t say enough about the Squabbit team and app! I run golf leagues during the winter in MN at golf simulators. We used to use golf genius where we paid the annual pro subscription and they said that they wanted to charge us 6x annually because we had so many rounds played in 2023. We moved our leagues over to Squabbit and cannot be happier. League players say it’s easier and more user friendly than golf genius and the optional side games are a fun add to keep players engaged. I was able to pick up the app and get caught up to speed in less than a few days. Had a few issues with some scoring displays during our first week but Jim on their support team has been so responsive and helped get it to show the way I needed it to and they are VERY RESPONSIVE to adding in anything needed or answer any questions. -A happy league admin
