I don’t like the fact that I have to visit the terminal to transfer from wallet to card and the customer service for transactions above 10k

The app is good quite alright but it’s too slow when it comes to tracking my card records. I top up my cowry card and it takes hours sometimes days to reflect which is too bad. It’s too bad because on several occasions I’ve been scammed when topping up my card. They don’t recharge the exact amount I request for and the only reason why I downloaded this app is to track my transaction and check my balance which it never even displays the actual balance.. please work on those areas I request, asides that the app is all good

The update you did today 7/sept/2023 wiped my user data. I had 5+ cards on the account with over 1k on it. I tried logging in this evening around 4pm and it couldn't recognize my account. I had to create another one using the same details. Had to buy a new card and load new fundsThis is theft and robbery and I might sue you people.
