Plan your day, build better habits, and make steady progress on the goals that matter to you, all in one app.
Griply connects your daily tasks and habits to your bigger goals and the why behind them, so today's plan ties back to where you actually want to go. That golden thread, from a long-term vision down to today's tasks, is what pure to-do apps and habit trackers leave out. It also works as a clean, flexible daily planner on its own. Tasks can stand alone and don't have to link to a goal, so if you came here from another task manager and want something that also helps you grow, you'll feel at home from day one.
People run Griply for methodologies like the 12 Week Year, Getting Things Done (GTD), yearly goal-setting, and ADHD-friendly daily planning.
GOALS & SUBGOALS
Set a measurable goal with a start value, a target, and a deadline, then watch your progress fill in as a chart climbs toward the finish line. Break a big goal into smaller subgoals, then break those down into the daily habits and tasks that move them forward. That golden thread, from goal to subgoals to the things you actually do day to day, is what turns a year-long ambition into a clear set of next steps you can start today.
HABITS
Build routines that stick. Track your completion rate and perfect weeks by week, month, or year, and keep your momentum going on the habits you care about most. Schedule them however you like, from every weekday to a set number of times per week.
DAILY PLANNING
The Today screen brings your tasks and habits into one view, and carries overdue items forward for you so nothing slips. Set reminders on any task or habit, get a daily overview each morning, and a weekly nudge to plan the week ahead.
CALENDAR
Plan your day on a real calendar with 1 to 5 day views. Press and hold to draw a time block and see whether the plan actually fits before it starts, then drag things around until it does. Connect your Google Calendar and Outlook to see those events right alongside your tasks and habits, so your whole day lives in one place.
WIDGETS
Put your day on your Home Screen. Add widgets for your Today list, your habits, and your goals, and check off habits straight from the widget without opening the app.
SMART LISTS & FILTERS
Filter, sort, and group tasks to focus on what matters today. Save the views you use most as smart lists and reopen them in one tap. Add tags to organize across goals, projects, and contexts, and search across everything in seconds.
LIFE AREAS
Group your goals, habits, and tasks under areas like work, health, and finance, each with its own goals and a vision of what good looks like, so you can keep your whole life in balance instead of just your work.
PREMIUM
Unlock an Insights dashboard that tracks your goals and habits over time, a goal Roadmap that lays your timeline out at a glance, custom life areas beyond the built-in set, and unlimited smart lists.
Use it your way. Run the full goal system from your long-term vision down to today's tasks, or keep it simple with a clean daily planner you actually enjoy opening.

I’m giving this five stars for how quickly this team has ramped this app up to being competitive but even more so for a very original take on task management. The industry will have to follow them in terms of integrating real life goals into how you plan. For me, that’s suddenly that’s glaringly missing everywhere else. Why are we managing tasks we haven’t connected to where we’re going? (What could possibly go wrong? 😂)What’s missing in Griply is just some stuff that’s more common but still needed (and coming). Day to day, I miss Natural Language Processing [edit: already added!] and global shortcuts [edit: also added since this was written] to make adding new tasks frictionless. Down the road, I hope they’ll also work on how to manage larger backlogs of tasks where things don’t look unwieldy — something that’s hard for all of them. Maybe some clever strategies to conceal what can wait? An iPad app will be great, too. Regardless, this is a clean, clear, original take on task management that brings in both goals and habits, and even connects them all together. How they’ve done that and made it all feel simple I’ll never know. THAT is a five-star contribution. Watch out, big players! They’re just getting started.

Wow, this review absolutely made our day. Thank you so much! You totally nailed what we’re aiming for with Griply, and it means the world to hear that it’s resonating. We’re already working on NLP and improvements to task speed and flow, coming very soon! Your thoughts on managing backlogs and clever ways to handle “what can wait” are super insightful, and we’ve taken note. And yes, iPad is on our radar too. This kind of feedback gives us so much energy to keep building. Thanks again for such a thoughtful review!
Amazing

I’ve been looking for a good task and goals manager in one. Click up is the only thing with adequate goals management, but it’s too heavy and hard to use for what I need, this app somehow perfectly managers to give me excellent goal tracking and daily task management, all well-being, lightweight, and super easy to use. My whole life is in this thing. And I’m a tech enthusiast, which means I try a lot of things and then abandoned them all very quickly, but I have not stopped using this for a single day the entire time I’ve had the account, more than a year now.

Wow, thank you Jeff, this genuinely made our day! Over a year of daily use from a self-proclaimed app-hopper is the best endorsement we could ask for. We'll keep working hard to make sure Griply stays worthy of your whole life!
App Missing a Fundamental Feature
E. L. Hayes
In short, I recommend using the app as extensively as possible during the trial, to ensure it’s worth the subscription. The developer advised that it’s currently in the works, but as it stands, the app does not provide cumulative progress for goals, and only reflects the most recent progress entry. For this app to essentially require a premium subscription to be useful, it’s insane that you need to do the math to determine your overall progress. Furthermore, it’s deceptive that the screenshots reflect cumulative progress. In response to this, the developer said that “I understand how this might be confusing, and we hope to fix it very soon. Personally, I always enter a new total when adding progress to a goal (that’s also what we did in the screenshots), but I agree it’s not ideal.” No, it’s not confusing, it’s deceptive. It’s more likely for users to assume that if cumulative progress is being shown, that it is automatically calculated, and less likely for them to assume it’s manually calculated. And “enter a new total when adding progress” is just doing the math up front (you have to add your progress to your previous total to determine the new total). I have never added a new total when using a goal tracking app; I enter my current progress, and the cumulative progress is automatically calculated. I never would have subscribed if I would have known that my cumulative progress wasn’t going to be displayed. Such a fundamental feature should not be missing, and at a minimum they should have been transparent about that functionality not being available. I genuinely liked the app at first, but all the extra bells and whistles are irrelevant if the app can’t cover the basics.

[EDIT Jul 22.] We now have the incremental goal progress! Hope you'll change your review.________Hi there, thanks so much for your thoughtful review and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear the lack of cumulative progress was such a frustration. You’re absolutely right that this is a fundamental expectation in a goal-tracking app.To clarify: the screenshots don’t display cumulative progress, and we never intended to mislead anyone. The graphs shown reflect the most recent input, based on the way total progress is currently calculated. That said, we completely agree that having automatic cumulative tracking is essential, and we’re already working on this based on feedback like yours. It will be included in one of the next updates, and we truly hope you’ll consider giving Griply another try once it’s live. We really appreciate you holding us to a high standard. Thanks again,Team Griply
Finally, the best app of its kind

I am loving this app. Two things specifically: (1) Seeing my habits on one screen with a weekly view (by default). You don’t nest this view under multiple taps like other apps do. (2) One tap away (via Insights tab) in seeing **all** my habits with a nice calendar view. Again, some apps want to separate each habit and you have to click each habit to see stats. You provide everything in one simple, beautiful view. You’ve done an amazing job on clarity and making an app I want to revisit daily. Thank you.
