Calls now have audio from the first second — the previous version could clip the start of a call. The app opens straight to the dialer and is ready to call sooner, including when you switch back to it. Business search now looks in your area instead of returning results from anywhere. Also fixes the header checking your balance far more often than it needed to.

Fixes the app signing you out and then refusing to let you back in. If your extension has been disabled you now stay signed in, and the dialer tells you calls are unavailable instead of sending you back to the login screen. Switching between saved accounts now updates the whole app - extension, caller ID and balance - not just the connection. Reopening the app reconnects faster, and the domain field is easier to fill in.

The Extensions list now shows each extension's outbound caller ID name. Refresh the Extensions list straight from the refresh button in the top bar. The search box is ready to type in as soon as you open Search. Fixed blank entries appearing in the Extensions list.
