I have been using the app for over two months now - I use the dashboard to check my breath work after the class as I pick different yoga video classes from the menu - it is very nice and highly recommend.

Great use of pose recognition in fitness. During my Zumba class I use it every day to see which muscles and joints I am exercising the most at the end of my fitness. This gives me the information to target zones, arms, core and lower body for my next Zumba session.

I have been using this app for some time, I like how it measures calories and stretching , the only reason I will give it a 4 Is I had hard time understanding what the camera is doing / it is on all the time. I hope someone explain to me what the camera is doing.

Hello thanks for taking the time to review the app. Unlike other yoga app, our app performs biomechanics analysis on camera video data to assess joint motion and muscle stretch. All analysis is performed locally in your device and your video data is not sent to cloud.
In this release, we have enhanced end-to-end encrypted chat between Apple and Android users, improved encrypted message decryption reliability, and made some minor update in the home page UI.
