This feature allows you to read the conversation and search for specific keywords to find discussed information.
You can also share transcriptions as a TXT file for auditing or post-processing.

We're excited to announce some great improvements in the latest update:
- Dark theme:
Introducing a new dark theme option! Now you can enjoy a visually pleasing interface that reduces eye strain, especially in low light conditions. The dark theme is applied automatically according to iOS settings.
- Shared contacts.
Now not only can you send your private contacts to selected colleagues but you can create Shared contacts for your whole organization with a few taps. Simply open a contact profile and select the "Share Contact" option, to share a contact with your colleagues, organization, or other applications.
- Custom ringtones:
With our latest update, you have the option to choose unique ringtones for incoming calls in the app. You can set ringtones in-app Menu -> Media & File Settings.
- New Advanced Search:
With this update, you can now search for messages or calls across all your conversations using specific keywords or phrases.
- Pin chat.
You can pin important chats so they will always stay on top of your chats list.
- Contact groups:
conveniently organize personal and shared contacts into groups.
As well as various other minor improvements:
- A QR code with login credentials can now be scanned from an image in Photos on your phone or iCloud.
- Long-pressing an entry in the calls or chats history now opens a context menu that allows you to perform additional actions, such as copying a phone number or creating a new contact.
- Added the ability to disconnect participants from a conference.
- Added the ability to dial an external contact directly from group SMS chats.

This update introduces the long-awaited "Call Switch" feature, stability improvements, and minor bug fixes.
Call Switch allows you to open an app on another device while you're on an active call, then "pull" the call from the original device or app by tapping the notification at the top of the app, and continue the call on the other device you just opened.

In this update, we continue improving SMS chat functionality and experience. Specifically, for users assigned to multiple SMS phone numbers, the sender id will be automatically selected based on the previous choice, so they don't need to choose it for every message. The same applies if a customer has multiple phone numbers associated with their contact - the customer's phone number is automatically selected.

- Ability to change the name of the SMS chat group.
- Automatic channel selection when sending SMS in personal chat.
- Automatic selection from contact phone numbers when making a call or sending an SMS.
