Lack of more matches and efficient customer service

I like the idea of having a black Christian dating app, but this service doesn't look like it has more options to match with. So, it makes it harder for anyone to keep the app as part of being the app is having more people to match with.

No one is on here and you can’t pause profile

Deelicious!
I signed up not even 10 minutes ago and swiped through literally everyone within a 15 mile range. Also, the ones who were on this app were not of decent quality(I saw a man biting his lips and another man with a “Thug Life” photo in his album). The app would be better if more people knew about it and if we could have the option of going incognito or pausing our profile.

I paid for one month of service and the app is not able to unload anything. I have sent an email and have not received no reply to get my refund. I have this app and is not getting nothing and I am very disappointed. I can’t give this app one star because it is saying we are loading be patient and this been going on for several days now.

The app allows unauthorized payments to 3rd parties. After adding my card information, I was unable to navigate the app. I also received no email confirmation and was told that my card would not be charged. My bank automatically restricted the card after I added it and a $65 charge was stopped.
