If we are supposed to be able to earn the items, we should be able to actually earn them. This one issue drops what would have been a 5 star review to a 3 star review and, often, causes me to stop playing the game in disgust for the day when I would otherwise have happily continued.

I downloaded the game and was enjoying it until I stumbled into Sherlock’s Cloud Chase 1. The onscreen animation was explaining how to zoom in with fingers… but I don’t have a touch screen, and it won’t accept my touchpad zoom option. There is NO way to move beyond that animation and play the game, nor is there ANY way to exit the page and try another challenge in the game! I closed the game and reopened, but it insists on opening in Sherlock’s Cloud Chase 1 now, so I can’t move on with the game. My only option at this point is to uninstall the game and start over!,

I do have issues with my iMac which doesn’t allow me to zoom with my fingers, but I just play the match 3 version…..The developers have fixed this issue.
