We have updated the look and feel of the Lead Information when a Web Lead comes into the Sales Mobile Application. The Lead Information carries through to the Traffic Log so you never lose sight of the information that came in on the lead.

Birthdate is added to the customer profile from the Driver’s License Scanner. Customer profile contact history updates with emails, texts, and calls from the Sales Mobile App, marked as Sales Mobile. Removed the Create a Follow Up button on the Work Plan tab. Added text to the Follow Up + symbol explaining it creates a non-traffic log follow-up. Changed the Leads icon in SMA to Web Leads and the Leads tab to New Leads. Removed the vehicles dropdown within text and email creation/responses.
