Fixed use of barometer and motion sensor data to be in line with recent Apple policy change regarding privacy and these sensors. TLAR will ask user for permission to use these sensors on start up with this update. If denied, TLAR will still work, but iBaro will be wrong, and capturing aircraft takeoff and landing performance will be negatively affected. This permission can later be changed in iOS Settings/TLAR/Motion and Fitness.

Fixed the NOAA METAR issue!

This is an temporary fix update. NOAA changed its METAR server location and data format on 16 Oct 2023. This causes TLAR-pro to crash on start up. This version removes METAR capability for now. We are working a fix and should have it out soon.
