Hey I’ve been using this app for 8 months now and out of no where every time I try to copy a link from Instagram then go back to reels reposter to download the video the whole app closes when I try to download a video can y’all please tell me what I’m supposed to do to fix this

Went from unreliable to unusable
The Real Queen of England
I’ve had this app for a long time. It’s never been consistently able to perform without crashing or freezing. I used to be able to restart the app, switch to stronger Wi-Fi/data or just wait a bit and it would work, but now it crashes 100% of the time once I paste the URL. It’s no fun to pay for an app that was never reliable in the first place but now doesn’t work. It shouldn’t be a paid app frankly. I fully believe people should be paid for their work but if they aren’t delivering what they promised…it’s a different conversation.

I am paid subscriber and it keeps saying media not found after I just copied the link. I have emailed in about this issue and no response. I even have the latest version!

Why is it crashing now?

I have been a paid subscriber of this app for months and up until now it was great but for the past week it is rendered useless! It simply won’t work anymore! I open & immediately it CRASHES I’m canceling my subscription to this app & forced to look or an alternative that works! Not wasting my hard earned money on something that doesn’t work 👎👎
