I got the app when it first launched and the team has come a long way in building out key features, the look and feel as well as bug fixes that improve performance. It’s intuitive to navigate and I can get to the tools I need. I hope they allow tokens in the US soon as US supporters are missing out on the monthly grants.

Signed up and got verified by orb. Registered my account, had it backed up to iCloud and phone number. Tried to add my passport but was never able to do so. Support was unable to figure it out, and it was excruciating trying to get support. Their support system/model is awful, only chat based. They respond a day or two later when you’re sleeping and close the case after providing an irrelevant answer. The worst experience however: I got a new phone, the app couldn’t see my iCloud backup and there was no option to log in to an existing account. In trying to contact support to troubleshoot, a new account was created. I was just informed that there is no way to remove the new account and I have lost access to my existing account… despite having a password and backup for it. None of these consequences are communicated to the user until after the fact. I cannot reiterate how terrible support is for this service. I will NEVER TRUST this platform knowing how simple it is to lose everything with a simple phone upgrade. There is also no way to permanently delete your facial data— they’ve got it forever!

I drove 1.5 hrs to the LA world Flagship Space on 8/22 Friday at 7:30pm and the door was closed and no one was there. The place said I can just walk in and no appointment is needed. I could see the orbit inside, I just can’t get close to it. Sent support message right away but got reply next day. While chatting with support I asked if the place is still operating and if the hours are changed. They can’t give me the answer, instead, they tell me to send them pictures to prove that the place was closed on that day and time. I probably should but I didn’t take any picture so I can’t provide. Then they said please make next time you make an appointment before you go. For the size of the company, it sounds so not professional and irresponsible. Why would you have a place shows no appointment needed and then tell me to make an appointment before I go to make sure it is not closed? Why would you list the hours in the app if you are not gonna be open at that time?

Just a Rant.Is incredible how the U.S is always left behind, the entire world is moving fast and forward, adapting to changes and introducing Cryptocurrency as options yet the U.S government is in all-in war against cryptos.U.S Citizens should start making their voice heard by voting in Gov Officials that have a record of UNDERSTANDING what cryptos are and the benefits it brings.they want you to believe crypto is for money laundering only, yet if you search for what the money laundering is used most the answer is simple is the $DOLLAR$.Let me tell you, we go through very tight KYC verifications just to open accounts in Centralized Exchanges. there’s a paper-trail tied to our identity, yet they come with this ‘excuses’ because the Banks are afraid to losing costumers.I have proof of Capital One denying my DEBIT transactions when I tried to purchase crypto with MY OWN money.. not CREDIT but DEBIT.. and when I call them to ask why, they literally told me they flag Centralized Exchange as Illegal.Cex exchange also go through extreme regulation yet nothing seems to satisfy the U.S government or should i say U.S Bank Government.
