All the tools we need are there, it has helped me remember when I have duties, assignments, keeping up with my service time. It is literally so great! I can’t tell you all the times I struggled to turn in my service time in that little piece of paper, or even to just type it out into a message to send to my FSGO. With this app, it’s all ready with 3 simple clicks. But there’s so many more features I simply love. Once again, thanks dear brothers. I can’t imagine how many hours of your time you have devoted to creating this. For those very few, insensitive comments that have been left here, we hope you know there’s many MORE of us who deeply appreciate your effort! :)

Says does not collect info but yet it does. I was contacted and told I was the first one to update my app. How? When you log in and what you do with it and what version you are on are sent to a 3rd party. Yet this is not disclosed under privacy. Got multiple emails to update my app from the one that runs the pc version from the congregation as i I did not update the app right away. That right away told me this was not set out by the society. JW Library would never have it so anyone can see there activity and send you multiple emails if you do not update right away. In JW Library what information can be collected is clearly set up as requiring your permission , as it should be! Sending an email to update if you do not update the app right away is not the way to go. Can be perceived as borderline harassing. And puts way to much reliance on technology. If this app disappeared or suddenly stopped working there should be no issue. All necessary information should be on the information board anyway. If you lose all your marked hours and placements one should have a back up copy anyway. Preferably pen and paper. Now I do find this app can help simplify some things. But that is all it should be used for. Our congregation uses it but for me personally I do not prefer to. P.S I do feel as some of the others as it takes away from some of the one on one communication. I do not prefer at all how the cart witnessing is set up. It has in some cases made it difficult for some to get a chance to take part if they did not jump right away on putting there name in when new schedule pops up. Far prefer the good ole communication route. Keeps it even and fair.

Our congregation loves this app and all the work you have done to help brother and sister all over. It make keeping track of your duties, assignments and turning in your field service so simple. I did have one suggestion though. Is it possible to make Saturday duties separate from Sunday duties? Our elders schedule the same brother to do duties for both days because I guess the app automatically assigns for Sundays, but not for Saturdays. So to simplify whoever has Sunday duties is automatically assigned for Saturday service host and conductor duties. Is there anyway to add a feature where duties are automatically assigned for Saturday as well?? If we could have two separate brothers doing Saturday and Sunday duties it would definitely lighten the load. Thanks so much again!

I love this app because it makes keeping up with my territories and meeting updates easier. There are a couple of things that I feel would make this app even more exceptional. First, when multiple car groups are working my territory I would like to be able to share a link with them to allow them temporary access to my territory map to update the houses they worked that day. This would allow my territory to update immediately and keep down confusion on whether a house has been worked or not especially if the friends forget to give me their records. Second, while inside the territory map to be able to tap & hold an address allowing a different page to open so that I can keep track of my return visits without going out of the territory map.
