Bought the ad-free upgrade on iPhone or iPad? Restore Purchase now finds it again after a reinstall or on a new device. Fixes you'll notice: the last card on every tab now scrolls fully above the menu bar instead of hiding behind it. Long car names on My Cars now end neatly with "…" instead of showing half a line. And once your So Dialed ID is added, the extra sign-in button at the top is gone.

Your So Dialed ID now brings your purchase with it. If you added one on the last version and were told no purchase was found, open the app after updating and tap Finish when asked. Your purchase moves onto your So Dialed ID. Pit Calc Pro stayed unlocked on your phone the whole time.

Your upgrade no longer lives on a single phone. Add a free So Dialed ID and your purchase follows you to a new phone, or when you move between iPhone and Android. All it takes is an email address and a code. Nothing else about the app has changed, and the math is untouched.

Three free cars instead of two. Also fixed: a calculator's first-run tips could be marked as seen against a calculator you had never opened, so the tips never showed up where you needed them. Most often this hit the gear calculator. None of the math has changed.

• Corner Weights is redrawn: your car's balance shows as a board with a marker. Set a balance target per car and each side shows the grams it is off. New: Pinion advice. Tap it on the pinion chooser and we'll suggest a pinion for your car and class based on your motor — with the range other racers run, and one tap to use it. Foam tires now work properly. Tell us your tire diameter and we'll work in rollout, and remember it for next time. Now fully in your language, including the walkthroughs and alerts. No more ad-tracking permission prompt. We don't use it. Fixed a crash in the Suspension Geometry calculator.

Changed a gear? You can now jump straight to that exact pinion or spur size at AMain. The gear chooser opens on the gear you're already running instead of at the top of the list — and the small pinions that used to be out of reach are back. Calculator icons now work offline. No more blank circles when the track has no signal. Tire diameter no longer adds a stray ".0" to a whole number. A note about Top Speed: version 3.4 corrected the top speed formula, which was running about 6% optimistic. Your numbers will read a little lower than they used to — the new ones are the accurate ones. Translation fixes throughout, including the pinion and spur labels in Spanish and Chinese, which were showing the same word.
