Find your calm. Feel it from your wrist.
Adiem delivers gentle haptic rhythms through your Apple Watch — personalized to your heart data — that help your body settle into a calmer, more grounded state. It's like music you don't just hear — you feel.
Using real-time analysis of your heart rate and variability, Adiem creates a soothing pulse that mirrors your most resilient state. You'll feel this rhythm on your wrist for one minute, every three minutes — quietly guiding your body toward calm.
Key Features:
1. Personalised Calming Rhythms Adiem adapts its haptic rhythm to your unique biometrics — heart rate, variability, and resting baseline. Support that's made for your body.
2. Live Dashboard & Insights Track every session in real time. See your Calming Effect, heart rate trends, and how your body responds — all in a clean, private dashboard at adiem.com.
3. Trends That Grow With You The more you use Adiem, the smarter it gets. Unlock personal insights over time — your best time of day, your calming trend, which session length works best, and even how weather affects your calm.
4. Effortless Apple Watch Integration Launch sessions discreetly, anytime, anywhere. Add Adiem as a Watch complication for instant access with one tap. Sessions run for up to 1 hour.
5. Seamless & Private Adiem operates silently in the background. No sounds, no screens, no distractions — just a calm pulse on your wrist while you live your life.
How It Works:
1. Start a Session Tap your Apple Watch. Adiem begins reading your heart and delivering personalized haptic rhythms — quietly, invisibly.
2. Feel Your Body Settle Subtle vibrations sync with your heart's rhythm, gently guiding your body into a more relaxed state. Like slow breathing, but through touch.
3. See Your Progress After each session, your dashboard shows exactly what happened — how your heart rate shifted, how your body responded, and how this session compares to others.

It won’t stay on

As soon as I press start it disappears. It’s still running in the background but not doing anything. I can go back to it and it hasn’t started and tapping start same result

Not working
Bitiktib
Either nothing happens when I hit the start button or it just plays music for a few secs and then closes the app.
Developer Response
Hi, thank you for trying Adiem and sorry about this experience. This sounds like a bug we want to fix right away. Could you email us at victor@adiem.com with your Apple Watch model? We'll get this resolved for you. The haptic session should run silently on your wrist — music is expected to accompany the haptic for the first session only, so something went wrong on our end.
