milon機器と連携することで、トレーニング状況や消費エネルギー等の分析や測定の結果をご確認いただけます。
また約10万食が登録されている食品データベースから、毎日の自分の食事に近い料理を選んで登録することで、栄養素グラフの確認や、アプリから食事アドバイスを受け取ることが出来ます。
それだけでなく、ウェアラブル端末と連携すると、日常生活の中における消費エネルギーも併せて管理することが出来ます。消費エネルギーの確認もグラフで分かりやすく、自動でデータが保存されるのでいつでも簡単に確認ができます。
