v1.0.37 of Strong Foundation is a complete overhaul of our exercise builder and entry experience. We're moving away form "get it done" to "make it pretty" while still promising a robust and complete solution. We have also tackled some nagging bugs as well.

This Spring update is jam-packed with goodies. We tackle some long-standing bugs and performance issues to improve the overall user experience. The biggest addition with this release is support for direct messaging. Users can now chat with one another and in groups, this is a big step toward bring you all the best experience possible.

Gearing up for that summer-bod? This new release adds in some gamification features to help motivate you to keep moving and striving for a better you. We added in achievement badges, expanded how we handle errors, fixed some minor bugs, and improved our localization.

This update includes both major bug fixes and a couple of new features. You can now create a custom meal for your tracking needs when tracking your meals. To complement this update we made some adjustments to our weight goal experience. Lastly, we expanded our women's health experience to now include a pregnancy tracker.

A small bug fix in authentication

This update is one of our biggest yet. We completely upgraded the look and feel of Strong Foundation, while the flows and behaviors are mostly the same we gave each in-app experience a breath of new life and brought in modern designs. We also include a host of accessibility and generic bug fixes. There's no better time to try SF than now.

This is another major release for Strong Foundation. We introduced a few minor bugs and some quality of life improvements. The two big features we are launching includes "Routines" which allow users to create and share fitness routines. The other feature introduced in this release is allowing users to subscribe to one another, as well as block user content.

Minor security update

v1.0.21 Enables users to view and edit previously enter meals. Edits are then synced with the connected smart device/app (GoogleFit or Fitbit). Minor updates were made to mensuration tracking to dictate if an entry is "just a note" to prevent the accidental influence of period tracking.

This version includes a minor bug fix for community post uploads, and viewing post feeds for a given author.

v1.0.45 furthers our commitment to deliver the best possible experience in Strong Foundation. With this release, we introduce meal tracking. Users can now record meals on the Calories and Weight Management screens. This info will also be synced across your fitness trackers as well

Minor fix to update app credentialing.

This is a critical hotfix that resolves app crashes on the initial launch.

This release includes a few minor bug fixes, and introduces our latest feature "sensitive tiles" these new tiles are for sensitive experiences. While on these tiles we disable all telemetry and don't use any 3rd party integrations, and the screen is protected via a lock pin and biometric authentication. Our first tile using this feature is our "Women's Health" tile for tracking menstruation.

v1.0.15 is a hotfix for major bug fixes. These fixes include dismissing the loading modal after user registration, removing the spinner after loading user posts, and un-freezing the profile dashboard screen.

v1.0.13 is another large update for Strong Foundation. We introduce a host new features including but not limited to reworking how we handle community engagement. Users can now create their own content as well as share said content to the entire Strong Foundation community. Alongside those changes we re-worked the user's profile experience and added user avatars via Ready Player Me.
