I have been using the website for years, and been quite satisfied with it. However, on my phone, I cannot do trip planning anymore without downloading Google maps, which I don’t want to do. This feature on the app is much worse as I can’t find a way to plan an arrival time rather than a departure.. That matters if you want to get to an appointment at a certain time. Also, the alternatives for different routing is not as good as the website. All around, worthless.

Doesn’t show the bus stop locations, doesn’t say how much a ride will cost, very difficult to find where the heck you’re going to and where you’re coming from because the map is very unresponsive. A good bus app should do a few things very well. This doesn’t do really anything at all.

TheBus website and app has been down due to a cyber attack so this app helped me out a lot!It gives the time according to schedule so it won’t always be accurate and there isn’t a real time tracker but when you have nothing to check it gives you some idea when the bus is coming.

I can’t believe my taxes helped fund such a disaster of an app. Google maps can make some funky recommendations at times, but at least its UI is wayyy better.
