With a few taps you can book a workstation or a meeting room, along with other areas like parking, lockers, quiet spaces, breakout zones and more. One screen in the palm of your hand keeps you in control of your daily schedule. See all your bookings, find booked workspaces on a floor plan, and make changes or cancellations to bookings as required. It’s never been faster to check in to a workspace, through a simple tap of a button, or automatically through proximity-based check in. When you need to collaborate with a co-worker, Eptura Engage helps make it happen. You can search in the app to find where they’re working, book an available workspace nearby and start collaborating in minutes. Requires Eptura Engage subscription. Ive been using this app since my company implemented it a couple of months ago. It is very easy to use, in a couple of clicks I can book a desk. I can see the available desks on a floormap, book quiet spaces for when im on calls and I can also reserve parking spaces! The new features to create a team and see the calendar of who is in the office are very helpful!

We’ve been using this app for several years at work. Every 3-4 months the app opens to a screen to select my country, doesn’t give me the ability to select a country, and gets stuck in a loop of not saving my preferences without a way to navigate to the normal Home Screen. I have to delete it, redownload it each time to solve this.

The app is nice, but it would be great if you could add each individual team, members, location and office or desk location on the “your teams“ page, so you could see where everyone is without having to click on each individual person to see their location

This release adds the ability to authenticate via QR code directly from your phone's photo gallery, open your profile by tapping your avatar on the Today screen, and check in to hourly personal space bookings via QR code. It also extends the "See who's in" list view to hourly personal spaces and introduces a skeleton loading animation for the Concierge menu.
