Locspect is how cleaning and maintenance crews show their clients the work got done.
Start with a scan
Scan the QR code at the site and Locspect knows where you are and when you arrived. Answer the short screening questions, confirm the safety acknowledgement, and your job is running. Cleaning, porter, disinfecting or inspection.
Finish when you're done
Open the Jobs tab, finish the job, and your end time is recorded along with anything extra worth logging, like how many rooms you cleaned. No paper logs, no end-of-day catch-up.
Work orders from start to close
Open a work order to see the site, address, requested dates, contact and full description. Work through the safety checklist, covering risk assessment, site inspection, access and signage, equipment and PPE, and the safety briefing. Attach before and after photos as evidence. Locspect won't let a work order close until the dates and required checklist items are actually complete.
Built for places with no signal
Basements, plant rooms, remote sites. Locspect keeps working when the network doesn't. Everything you do is saved on your phone, a banner tells you what's still waiting to be sent, and it all uploads on its own as soon as you're back online. Nothing gets lost, even if you sign out first.
Your location stays yours
Locspect records your location at two moments only: when you scan to start a job, and when you mark one done. Never at any other point in your day.
Made to be used in the field
Large text support, strong contrast for bright sunlight and dark plant rooms, and buttons you can hit with gloves on. Light and dark themes. Available in English, French and Spanish.
Join with the company code your employer gives you, as an employee or a contractor, and switch between companies if you work for more than one.
Locspect requires a company code from your organisation.
