You auto renewed my subscription without giving me any notice of renewal!Your AP doesn’t replay any of the GP rounds from Paris or Monaco…get an Error message on every try!Even your recaps have terrible production quality with the “supers” not readable & overlay to see name of rider & horse offset…even for poor short clips you used to recap previous shows!Cancel my subscription if you can’t produce quality coverage & get your AP working properly as ADVERTISED (ASAP)!!How do I cancel my just debited ( without my permission) renewal?!!
Disappointed
KimberlyG114
Highly disappointed in this app. Not user friendly. You can’t watch the videos in full screen and getting the live stream to work was ridiculous. If it was a free app then I could understand but it was not. Needs a lot of work.
Problems signing in, etc
Jan7heaven
Repeated problems signing in for streaming. Picture freezes repeatedly. Bans you from using videos you subscribe to. Marked delay in upload major events. Very expensive for what you get.
Can’t cancel subscription from the app
AmmieNJ
I have only used the app, I want to cancelmy subscription, but the app says “you cannot” makes changes using the app. So where do I go to cancel?
GCTV is now Global Champions: a new app that brings more of the show jumping world together in one place.
Alongside GCTV videos and live coverage, you can now explore the latest news, browse the event calendar and results, discover rider and team stats, and find your way to tickets and the Global Champions shop.
This release fixes some cosmetic issues.
