A service that uses gadgets and data to protect against water and fire damage, assists with energy consumption and various other things that can cause concern in the home
It may sound like wizardry, but it's quite simple:

Security against burglary, fire and water damage:
• In the event of a leakage, Abra notifies the mobile while the home's water supply is stopped. If you run Abra through your housing association, the notification is forwarded, so that the leakage can be easily traced, and other housing units secured.
• With digital smoke detectors, housing associations and individuals can link these to Abra. Different units will then alert each other in the event of smoke or fire and forward the signal to emergency contacts or an associated alarm center.
• By integrating the door lock with Abra, you can let in your groceries in the middle of the day, even if you are not at home.
• If you have motion sensors inside, you can be notified of unwanted activity in the home on your mobile.
Power monitoring and management:
• With Abra, you have a full overview of your own electricity consumption on your mobile, regardless of your electricity provider.
• The service can also connect and control everything from ventilation systems to electric car chargers, hot water tanks, floor cables and waterborne and electric heating. This way you can minimize your energy needs and move as much consumption as possible to when electricity is cheapest.
Better indoor climate and light management:
Then there are the little things. The feeling of a home that just works.
Like the light turning on in the hallway when your daughter comes home from school in winter, or everything turning off when you go to sleep. That the air quality constantly provides a pleasant indoor climate, and that the ventilation system is controlled accordingly. Make Abra monitor this automatically or use your mobile to control it yourself.
