Beacon is the flagship app of Hero AI and is made exclusively available to subscribing hospitals. Beacon Provider Facing App:
1. A suite of core administrative algorithms detect when emergency departments or hospital care areas become overwhelmed or unsafe and activate backup clinician resources based on both predictive machine learning algorithms and local customizable activation criteria.
2. Precision medicine algorithms automate the assessment of all patients arriving to emergency departments to detect if patients have a high-risk medical condition and deliver fully customizable alerts to ensure the right patient is seen at the right time. This is particularly useful during high patient volume scenarios when wait times are long.
3. Fully encrypted event driven chat functions allow for real-time collaboration and coordination of care.
Patient Facing Beacon App:
1. Enable AI powered virtual care for patients at scale.
2. Automate patient app registration using EHR data streams to verify patient identification, allowing emergency department patients to seamlessly activate their Beacon accounts without the need for support staff or manual processing by hospital workers.
3. Patient facing personalized dashboard with customized wait time predictions.
4. Clinicians and patient flow coordinators can send secure messages to patients to deliver status updates, reassess pain, and beacon patients back to care areas when ready to be seen again.
