Honest Rafi review
I downloaded this app for a couple giveaways and purchased tokens for only two uses. I finished what I needed but still had the app on my phone. Little did I know they were charging me a weekly fee for no reason. About $16 a month for 3-4 months. I tried getting a refund through the App Store and they denied me. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
Developer Response
Hi, and we're truly sorry about this. Rafi's plan renews automatically and we never want anyone charged unexpectedly. You can cancel anytime in the App Store: tap your profile photo > Subscriptions > Rafi > Cancel Subscription. About the past charges, please reach out from the app's help section so we can review your account and do our best to make this right.
• General bug fixes and stability improvements.
• Performance improvements for a smoother experience.
• Minor UI and usability enhancements.
