From the first entry of case information, contracted agents or employees can view and delegate case loads. Removal Tech's receive alerts for new assignments and dispatch is also updated with ETA's in real-time. Once "On-site” with the next of kin, removal tech can focus on the decedent. Quickly catalog personal belongings, verify required documentation and receive approval for elective procedures by allowing releasing parties to electronically sign documents sooner and when you have their full attention.
Upon delivery, Signed documents can be automatically emailed to the selected parties involved on an organizational level. Drastically reduce the time on-site by transferring information electronically directly to the funeral home or third-party management application.
