MAS Trips provides participating transportation providers real-time trip visibility & management from the palm of the hand. The application automatically collects trip data for improved attestation, accountability and quality assurance reporting.
*The MAS Trips application is only to be used within the MAS N.E.M.T transportation network in New York State and is only available to participating drivers. If you are a Medicaid recipient, or medical provider, please visit the MAS website to access your account.
Version 3.1.0 includes the following:
• Clearer alerts when starting or completing a ride outside the pickup or drop-off
• Improved ride card display when a leg has pending requests
• Bug fixes and performance improvements
