So far so good. I like to see them roll out ability to ACH out of the account Toback to my USA banks. Rates are pretty good and I like not having to run to the bank to pull out $$. On $750 send to bancolombia difference between Google and what I got was $12 bucks. So better then the atm. Wish my limit was higher. I tried but they want like a sale of a house or something to increase it. 15,000 seems like a lot but it’s really half. In counts and out counts. During the day transfers are very fast. All banks hit in under 30 minutes. One last wish is to load account via the debit card. But I get a error that says. Can’t do this your cards not a debit card. O well. Still appreciate this app so much. Because the banks here don’t allow for more then a 5,000 wire per month in a personal account. Better then Payoneer by a ton. Can’t comment on wise or revolt. Don’t have them.

I currently have problems login in, I normally just sign in with face recognition but, it was marking the passcode as incorrect. Now I realized this account is linked to an old phone number I had, and I cannot access the account. Other than email, how do I contact costumer support?Never really had issues with the app and I used it pretty much every day. Please advise, I recently added USD to my account because I need MX Pesos urgently.

I travel from the US to Mexico, very often, and don’t have Mexican paper, so can’t get bank account there. I use Remitly, Xoom, etc but this app really fills some holes between those services. I love that you can receive transfers from other people. People with Mexican accounts can instantly transfer it to you and it will work with Apple Pay, the conversion rate is great. Much better than all other services. Sending out a transfer to other people is not instant, and can take time

Before knowing FolarApp it was so hard to send money from my bank in Colombia to my back in USA and now it’s so easy and it takes a couple of minutes to have it on the app. There is always a fee to send (usually $3) but it’s worthy. So I recommend do everything in just one transaction. To transfer your money from the app to your account. It takes 2 or 3 business days, but still it’s the easiest way I have found. I strongly recommend this app
