Purchases, subscriptions and terms
You need to buy a lifetime access or subscribe to get access to all features, courses and questions. The cost of the purchase is charged to your iTunes account. Subscriptions are auto-renewable and are billed at the rate and period selected depending on the subscription plan. Users’ accounts are charged for auto-renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Tool works
I've noticed that many practice questions are harder than real exam questions. I think it makes questions to be a very good source of preparation. Another thing is that each question has a detailed explanation and it allows you to receive constant feedback on what are you doing right or wrong. Also, this app provides daily tasks and reminders to force you to prepare daily. Good luck everybody!
Not the app you want
There are considerable spelling errors and terrible spacing making words run together. Questions that tell you “select the three correct answers” only gives you two answers to pick from. Multiple questions have the same answer listed twice as options. Other questions have one answer that looks like a real answer and the rest are random characters that don’t even make sense. For example, “What oxygen saturation would you expect in a child.” The answers to choose from look similar to: A. 0,3 B. 0,5 C. 0,20 D. 97%. If you truly want to study for your upcoming NREMT test, this is not the app you want. It does offer an explanation for right and wrong answers but doesn’t reference the text and sometimes doesn’t even make sense. At $25 a month I honestly think this app is an effort to grab some of the cash out there from EMT candidates looking to prep without really trying to provide a minimally satisfactory app to actually assist the candidate. This is not the app you want.

Good format, sometimes seemingly incomplete
The way the app is laid out makes it easy to jump into and out of studying, but some of the questions seem incompletely setup or off. As an example, I’ve seen several “select the three options that apply” questions where you can only select one. Alternatively, some of the questions have answers that seem to be run on sentences without spaces and stuff so it’s difficult to read. Overall, pretty decent but not sure I’d be as stoked on 25$ a month given the tidiness.
