It hangs whenever i quit LiesofP. If i don't remember to hit Apple Shift 2 first to stop the recording. Using the record menu to stop recording just cause it to hang as wellMaybe it's the Sonoma system it's not fully compatible with. Can you release an update please?

I have been using this editor for 10 years and it is like a major life regret that I ever got this and got used to it. It has a simple interface and can be easy to use, but this app is so buggy and will give you so many headaches, I so regret getting used to it and putting downstream the work of learning a different editor. It runs like crap, it will always stall, and it is seriously amazing how it comes up with new bugs. The support people are always jerks because they are probably irritated from getting bothered by people who are having such trouble with it. DO NOT GET THIS SOFTWARE! I am a customer of 10 years of this editor and I am NOT SATISFIED and I hate this editor and I hate the company that created it. It is a piece of junk.

I've been using it for couple weeks to review soccer matches and record feedback for the team. Works well sometimes, but I've gotten severly bitten twice now by some sort of bug. After very long sessions of recording, I stop the recording only to find none of my screenflow was recorded. Only my voice was captured. I took exactly the same steps on many test runs and on 2 full games. There is no feedback to the user to know for sure what is being captured. This was a very costly software flaw that I would not expect from a system that is so expensive.
no way to get support when purchased through Apple Store

As with every company these days, they make you use a support forum to either ask questions or make a support ticket. However, they force you to input your license key -- and when you buy it from Apple you don't have a license key and I can't find where to get one. This is of course after I tried to purchase it from them directly, but they wouldn't accept any credit card I entered. The software is nice but their website, support forums, and whole business is living in the 90s.
