HealthPass allows you to manage your appointments with your healthcare providers, registering for your upcoming appointments, checking in on arrival, and keeping your profile, contact info, and health insurance up to date with your providers, minimizing the frustrating paperwork you need to complete before you can receive care.
Using HealthPass, patients can complete any surveys or forms such as a family medical history, a consent form, Medicare forms, or any other paperwork their doctor might require prior to their appointment.
Patients can also check in for their appointment from the app using location services, giving them the option of checking in while safely in their car or waiting outside, to avoid queues of patients congregating in a waiting room in close proximity.
HealthPass also integrates with navigation apps, Uber, and Lyft, helping patients reach their appointments safely and efficiently.
