NEOS BIZ digitizes traditional SME banking with a secure, easy to use mobile banking app, built on the Bank’s renowned NDB NEOS platform.
NDB SME customers can now register for the NEOS BIZ service by filling out required forms and submitting the relevant documents to any NDB branch. Once registered, users can be appointed and transaction limits can be set up to enable banking on-the-go!
The new NEOS BIZ service provides SME customers with the ability to carry out pay bills, transfer funds, manage salary remittances, manage suppliers and payees, bulk transactions, carry out merchant QR payments, inquire transaction details, flexible authorization assignment capability to required users, etc. with just a few simple taps.
The NEOS BIZ app has been geared taking into consideration the salient requirements of the SME base, such as granting of approvals, employee management, etc. while having the ability to view the customer’s entire banking relationship through a single dashboard. The mobile app displays details of the accounts, loans, deposits, and cards held by the SME client.
