If you participate in an EthOS study, companies will provide you with a list of tasks to complete on your phone through the EthOS app. Most of the tasks involve taking pictures and videos, but you may also be asked to complete range questions (ex: On a scale of 1-10 how much did you enjoy your experience), single select questions (ex: Which of following grocery stores do you shop at most often?), and open-ended text-based questions (ex: How would you describe your experience using the new product?).
The unique insight you provide will help shape future products, procedures, and services offered by companies all over the world.
This was a great platform to do a research study though.I loved that the support was right within the app- I didn’t need to worry about emailing anyone. I also loved the various options available to give the feedback (recording a video or picture right within the app). It was very user friendly.My only critique is that the function to open & close tasks is a little clunky- multiple clicks and the page jumps a little. Besides that, it was a very smooth experience.

This was my first time participating in an EthOS market research project and I truly enjoyed it. The platform was so easy to use and understand. I was able to keep up with my pending and completed tasks and it was a great way to stay focused on my next task. I also liked that I could use different methods to voice my opinions-photo, video, written- all great methods to express my thoughts and opinions. Looking forward to completing more projects!

I was recently asked to use this app for one of the projects I had participated in. It was easy to set up, and the tasks were laid out quite well. The interface was simple, and I did not experience any glitching or other technical difficulties. The app is definitely high-quality and I look forward to participating in more fun and interesting projects in the future!
