Hello, So my actual T.V remote found its way into a cup of Mountain Dew this morning, smh🤦♂️.This caused me to go on a full fledged adventure for about and hour to find a universal remote in the apple play store. After downloading several remotes I found this one that actually works with my TV. 🙌🏼. A majority of remotes asked for me to pay a monthly subscription before I was even able to find a remote that was compatible with my TV. This app did ask as well but the difference was the subscriptions was for a better experience with the remote that works for your TV. This allowed me to use my TV with the basic functions of a remote, and sometimes that’s all people are looking for . Thank you 🙏 to the creators of this smart TV remote app you guys really thought about the consumer and how we sometimes lose a break a remote and need something functional in the mean time.

This is the best remote app I was told to come back and leave this review because other apps almost made my fiancé pull her credit card out but not this one is the most horror of you ever really Fisher cool she says this is a bad review in relation to be like all right there in that case just like us let’s download it nobody’s gonna be that until after it’s I hope

Update: Customer Service contacted me via email to provide possible solutions. Which tells me 1) they read the reviews and 2) they care enough to try to help. I gave them a fourth star based on customer service. The app still doesn't control volume, but I greatly appreciate the help offered.Original Review: App turns TV and AppleTV+ device on and off. It can access my various streaming services. What it cannot do is adjust the volume. My television is on a very low setting and we can barely hear it. And I paid the $3.99 for premium just to find out if doesn't work.

I paid what’s the problem?

I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now because our dog chewed up the tv remote and I’ve paid for the subscription and I’m only having problems. The app is repeatedly telling me “error try again” even though I’ve done everything it’s asked me to. I swiped out of it and restarted, turned my tv on and off, reset my phone, etc. but nothing is seeming to work. The app is more or less turning out to be very terrible seeing as though it’s just taking my money and still not working at all.
