After a card was added to the wallet I tried to use it but transaction was declined. The next day I opened the app . The app has a not user friendly error message on the main page, and the card disappeared from Apple wallet. Then I got another sms message that an additional funds were added to the card (because my flight was cancelled for several days) but the app has same error message.

I tried to use this. It wasted two hours of myLife at the airport. Every store I went to groaned and said it doesn’t work don’t bother. Have you ever seen an app with this low a rating? No? Me either because this app does not work in any way shape or form. If it were just me, I would think I did something wrong but all the store employees said “ those never ever work!!”

I received 6 gift vouchers for meals from Norse for delays on this application via SMS. It would not accept the 6 gift vouchers for meals from Norse. The OTP would not let me to log into the application. Very frustrating experience using this application. I will never use this application for any of my financial needs.
