Tap any number to see the detail behind it. • District year-to-date summary. • Absence approvals queue - review and approve or decline from your phone. • Create an absence on behalf of an employee, with a searchable employee picker. • Create, edit and delete vacancies, with their own calendar view. • Edit or cancel today's absences and vacancies right up until they start. • Expiring credentials card, so nothing lapses unnoticed. NOTIFICATIONS • New Notifications screen with an unread badge, so a push you missed is never lost. • Tapping a notification now opens the job it refers to, selects it and scrolls it into view. • Job reminders, assignments, cancellations, absence updates and approval requests all link straight to the right place. • Fixed notification times showing five hours off. FOR SUBSTITUTES • Preferred Schools now offers "exclude all other schools", so you only see jobs at the schools you choose. • Open vacancies now appear in Job Opportunities alongside absences. • Job Opportunities is no longer capped at 100 jobs. • The substitute schedule now lists assignments in the right order. FOR EVERYONE • New Contact Us page showing the right support contact for your district. • Tap a name in any absence list to call, text or email. • Larger, more readable text throughout. • Work schedules now list only those belonging to the school you picked. FIXES • Absence History no longer crashes on vacancy rows, and no longer shows other people's absences. • Absences are no longer created against the wrong district in some cases. • Fixed a class of crashes caused by unhandled background errors. • The approvals queue is no longer empty for approvers covering more than one district. • Many layout, wording and font fixes reported by districts.

This update adds several features our users asked for and makes the app easier to read and navigate. New in this version: • Preferred Substitutes — employees can now view and manage their preferred substitutes right from the app. • Preferred Schools — substitutes can now choose the schools they want to work at. • Opportunity History — substitutes can review their past assignments, with a date range filter to narrow the list. • Repeating days off — substitutes can set a non-work day to repeat instead of entering each one by hand. Improvements: • Larger, easier to read text throughout Opportunities, Absence History and Feedback. • Buttons are now clearly labelled — Add Absence, Add Day Off, Refresh, Filter — instead of icons alone. • Menu items and screen titles now match the names used on the website. • Absence History shows your full history, not just the most recent weeks. • Scheduled items are listed in date order, with days off and assignments together in a single timeline. • Cleaner dates: single day entries now show one date instead of repeating it. Fixes: • The Feedback list can now be scrolled. • Log Out responds immediately and shows progress while it signs you out. • Corrected text overlapping on devices using larger system font sizes.
