We use Gemba docs and it’s Kanban card feature on dozens of consumable items within our machine shop. They’ve been a tremendous help in keeping so many hard to track items under control. We also use Gemba docs to build SOP’s and chase out waste. It’s a great team builder tool to help managers and operators find operational lean.
