Longleaf Valley: Eco Merge 4+

Of the “fill orders” type of merge-two game, I’ve played many and Longleaf Valley is my favorite from a gameplay standpoint. The writing is okay, and it often takes a while to get to the next dialogue point so the story isn’t a strong point. I also can’t say I fully understand the mechanism by which my playing plants trees.

But, most importantly, it’s a joy to play. With the free daily items alone, it’s easy to amass a big store of energy and get lots of item chests if you’re willing to be patient, and on top of that there’s always events running that also award items. I really enjoy the relative complexity of interactive items like the beehive and the teapot. The generators are very generous with plenty of high-level drops as well as more than one way to speed up recovery time. I rarely feel like the devs are being stingy to force people to spend money. (And not feeling forced to do so is what makes me happy to drop some money from time to time, for all the enjoyment I get from the game.) The icons are also very attractive: The food all looks delicious and the trees are beautiful!

The only thing I miss from other merge games is something that lets you divide an item into two items of a lower level (scissors, cutting board, etc.).

We've noted your feedback on the pacing - it's something we're planning to look into, and we'll consider introducing a similar 'divide' mechanic to what you mentioned.

I’m not the one to write reviews, however Longvalley : Forest Merge, is the one game worth me written about, first of all let me say, WOW !! Not only is this game interesting, it is so so fun, it is Addictive, I started playing as other games, as something to do,, this game I can not stop playing, great graphics, great story line, and other part I Absolutely Love about Longvalley: Forest Merge, when you reach Level 12 they will actually plant a Real Tree !!! How freaking cool is that, a free game unless you choice to spend real money, which I do not do,, will do something Great in return of just playing, Why are more people not playing ??why are there not more games like this one? I’m so deleting all of the other boring merge games,, Cause I have Found what I have so long been waiting and looking for,, Thank you to all the creatures of this game and huge Thank you to all their partners for making our Environment better for us all ,, humans and animals need more trees and less buildings ..

I am finding the numbers are going up way too high and way too fast. To begin with. It’s quite reasonable and you can actually get a tree done within a day. My second tree took over a week. It seems no telling how long the third one I’ll take, the cost to do things and leaves start quite reasonable and then suddenly they start doubling and tripling so now after a couple weeks it’s already up to 1000 of them needed to do the next project which causes the game to move really slow and it makes it hard to accomplish anything also, energy runs out too fast, even though they give you energy for watching an ad it last less than a minute. Again, it’s quite interesting and I like building up their habitat for the animals that goes fairly quickly as a big area is covered at the same time, but it seems to take forever to get all the little thing done the animals need. This causes boredom. I don’t know how long I’ll be playing or how many trees I’ll get planted I don’t think it won’t be very many as it takes so very long to get them and the game is strung out so that it is way too slow..
