I always have parties to go to when I want to thanks to this awesome app! I’ve been to USC & UCLA events and it was really cool I never experienced anything like it before. My friends always ask me about parties I just keep telling them to download it lol.

I paid to go to an event that was shut down within 30 minutes. This app makes it impossible to get any help. Their support is a zoom call?? I tried to get a refund but all it does it requests it from the host and 9 times out of 10 if you’re going to a party they’re not going to refund you money. In that situation Poppin will do nothing to help you out and have no options on the app to get any help whatsoever. Currently going to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

We take feedback from our customers very seriously.There is a help button on party pages with paid tickets that allows you to request a refund for any reason. We understand more clarity is needed and we aim to improve our refund experience in coming updates.The refund policy of each individual event is up to the host of that event, and we can only enforce a refund if we believe the host has violated the Terms of Service.
