Guriddo (グリッド, Japanese for grid) is a free and competitive Sudoku alternative with daily challenges. If you enjoy playing Numbrix, Kakuro or Kenken style like number puzzle and seek a new tricky challenge, then you should give Stradoku a try. If you have never played Stradoku before, read this with caution: Stradoku is a highly addictive logic-based number puzzle. Similar to Kenken or Kakuro you have a 9x9 grid that you need to fill with numbers from 1 to 9. To increase the difficulty, rows and columns are additionally limited through black fields. But see for yourself! If you are new to Stradoku, don't worry - we prepared an easy beginner’s guide for you. And always keep in mind, we warned you about its highly addictive nature. A wonderful daily puzzle app

Although I received the yearly sub for free from a promo, I plan to support this app with the yearly sub. It has daily and weekly challenges that users can participate among face to face friends and players around the world. If competition is not your alley, numerous sets ranging from easy to difficult are provided. I certainly think the amount of content more than justifies the price especially with the recurring costs of the online features. If I am not mistaken, the Sudoko-flavored game is called str8ts (citation needed). The UI works for mobile. The only feature I want to be fulfilled is web browser support so I can play this game from any device.

It would probably be a big effort to offer Guriddo (including user management and leaderboards) as web browser version and I'm not sure if I currently have enough free resources for that. But I will keep your suggestion in the back of my mind. Just from curiosity, on which platform would you like to play Guriddo, e.g. Mac or Windows, big screen or what exactly would be your use case? I love this game and the other games from this developer. That being said, this is my favorite because there is always logic behind every decision and there’s a sense of gratification whenever you complete a puzzle (even the easy ones!).

I read the tutorial several times and I still don’t understand how the game works. I think that the tutorial should be reworked. I’m surprised that a company like Simon & Schuster would put their name on a product that has so many grammatical errors.
