more What's new:
• Chat: take a picture and send it. Tap + and choose Take Picture — the photo waits in the message box so you can add a caption, or drop it, before anything sends.
• Chat: press and hold any message and choose Copy to put its text on the clipboard, ready to paste anywhere.
• Chat: return starts a new line instead of sending, so a longer message can be written in paragraphs — it goes when you tap the send arrow. The add, send and mic buttons are bigger and easier to hit.
• Assessments: answering a photo question with the camera now shows the shutter button, so you can take the picture there and then.
• Streaks: a bigger heading and rank ribbon on the dashboard streak card, with the day count centered under them.
• Bug fixes and a few rough edges smoothed out.

What's new:
• Chat: delete a message you sent. Press and hold your own message, choose Delete, and confirm — it's removed from the chat for everyone. A reply that quoted it keeps its own text but no longer shows the quote.
• Chat: filter your chat list with the pills at the top — Members, Staff, Topics and Groups — each showing its unread count. Tap the selected pill again to see everything.
• Chat: long messages show in full no matter how large your phone's text size.
• Assessments: answer with Yes/No, a dropdown, checkboxes, or a photo — take the picture with your camera or choose one from your library.
• Dashboard: a Strength card with your average progress toward your lifting goals, a Target PR to aim for, and your level — it updates as soon as you log a lift.
• Dashboard: a Streaks card with your streak history, how many days until you beat your best, and your rank.
• Streaks: filter by activity, opening on the streak you have going right now.
• Games: delete a solo competition when you're the only one in it.
• Bug fixes and a few rough edges smoothed out.
6.1.20 Sep 17
What's new:
• Chat: review a voice message before it goes out. Stopping a recording now gives you a bar to replay it, skip back or forward, delete it, or send — nothing sends until you tap send, and a recording that hits the length cap is kept for review instead of lost.
• Chat: tap Transcribe under a voice message to read it instead of listening. The transcript stays with the message for anyone who reads the thread later.
• Nutrition: tap anywhere on the dashboard Nutrition card to log food. It now works even if you don't track a calories or protein habit — your targets fall back to a sensible default.
• Coaches: a one-to-one chat between two staff members is private. Admins who aren't in it can't find or open it, and the chat carries a Private badge explaining why. Conversations with members stay visible to admins as before.
• Coaches: assign tasks from your phone — to yourself, one coach, or all coaches — with a due date on one-time tasks. Reassign or delete a task you created, and the coaches you assign get a notification.
• A bigger, easier-to-tap chat composer, plus bug fixes and a few rough edges smoothed out.
6.1.17 Sep 10
What's new:
• Chat: send a voice message. Tap the microphone to start recording, tap stop to send, or cancel to throw it away — nothing sends unless you tap stop. Voice messages play right in the chat.
• Chat: swipe a conversation to star, mute or hide it. Starred chats sit at the top; a hidden one drops off your list and comes back on its own the next time someone posts in it.
• Notifications settings now has a Chat section: get told about all messages, only starred chats and mentions, or nothing at all.
• Coaches: record more than one assessment for a member and pick which form you're filling out. Swipe a response to correct it, or archive one recorded in error — archiving frees that month up so you can record the right one.
• Bug fixes and a few rough edges smoothed out.
6.1.14 Aug 27
What's new:
• Chat: press and hold any message to reply to it, or to edit something you sent.
• Chat: type @ to mention someone — they'll hear about it even if they've muted the conversation. @all reaches everyone in a group or topic.
• Assessments can ask grouped scale questions, so related ratings sit together instead of on their own screens.
• You can turn assessment emails on or off under Notifications, without hunting for an unsubscribe link.
• Coaches: notes you dictate on your phone are filed into the right section of a member's information for you.
• More reliable push notifications, plus a cleaner look and bug fixes.
6.1.12 Aug 25
What's new:
• Coaches: fill out an assessment for a member right from your phone — pick them, answer, save.
• Coaches: the tasks your gym assigns you now live in the app, as a To-do/Done list.
• Check-ins are now Assessments, and can arrive weekly as well as monthly or yearly.
• Individual mode uses your own program for strength and body composition.
• Strength entry previews the percentage a set will put you at, and dumbbell numbers now agree.
• Three new celebration ants, plus a cleaner look and bug fixes.
6.1.11 Aug 17
What's new:
• Message members from your assistant (coaches) — just tell Ask AI to "message Jimmy that class is at 9" or "tell everyone tagged as beginner to arrive 5 minutes early," and it drafts each message for you to review and send. Works right from your phone.
• Your coaching assistant does more on the go — look up a member, pull their info and history, take a note, and send messages, all from the app instead of the desktop.
• Start a chat faster — tap compose and search a member to open a direct conversation.
• Livelier steps — your Steps habit and dashboard now update as you move, without waiting for a refresh.
• New celebration ants and smoother habit celebrations, plus a cleaner look and bug fixes throughout.

• AI recipes — generate a recipe that fits your goals and log it in a tap.
• A refreshed sign-in screen, a fix for a sync issue that could stop your health data from updating, plus performance improvements and bug fixes throughout.
